Facebook Business Manager Setup Instructions

  1. Go to business.facebook.com
  2. Click on "Create Account" or select your existing Business Manager
  3. Navigate to "Business Settings" → "Accounts" → "WhatsApp Accounts"
  4. Click "Add Account" and follow the verification process
  5. Copy your Business ID from the URL or settings page

  1. In Business Settings, go to "System Users"
  2. Create a new System User or select existing
  3. Generate a new token with these permissions:
    • whatsapp_business_management
    • whatsapp_business_messaging
    • business_management
  4. Copy the generated token
